Ordering Information:
If you are interested in purchasing any of our items, please give us a call at 720 210 3308 (Mon -
Fri, 10am to 5pm MST). We are not accepting credit cards for retail purchases since April 2008. We
are accepting checks and money orders only.
Shipping Policy:
Your package will usually ship within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Items will be shipped in
boxes for protection against damage.
USPS: Our flat rate charges for USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days on average) is $5.50 per order. Charges
include Delivery confirmation.
UPS: Our Flat rate charges for UPS Ground is $10.00 per order, UPS 3 Day Select is $18.00 per order.
UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air will be charged the actual cost of shipping. By default we ship
using UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. Unfortunately UPS does not offer Saturday or Sunday
delivery, and UPS is unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
We offer International shipping via UPS Worldwide ExpressSM (1-2 days), UPS Worldwide ExpeditedSM
(2-5 days) and UPS Standard to Canada. We charge real time rates for all International shipping.
Shipment tracking:
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped. You will also receive a
tracking number with which you can track your order at all times until it reaches the recipient's
doorstep.
Returns:
At Ethnocity every attempt has been made to give a complete and accurate description of each item
offered for sale. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Ethnocity
by e-mail or telephone to inform us of a return. Item must be received by us within 14 days of the
Delivery Confirmation date and should be in the same condition as shipped (no refund for damaged
items). Please include the invoice along with the item. It is the customers responsibilty to pay for
shipping, handling and insurance. We recommend using a traceable and insured method of shipment
so that you are protected against any loss during shipment.

Backorders:
All items generally ship in 2-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the
estimated delay and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order. Out of stock items are usually
available within 3-4 weeks. We offer free standard shipping on all backordered items.
Sales Tax:
Ethnocity is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Colorado. The tax rate might
range from 4.1% to 8.1% depending upon the County and City where the order is shipped.
Packaging and gift wrapping:
Each item purchased from Ethnocity comes in its own embellished gift box at no
extra charge.
Gift wrapping is also available for an additional charge of $3.99 per order. You can
select this gift wrapping service during check out. It includes a small card in which
you can add a little note for the recipient. Each item will wrapped in a silver or golden wrapping paper
and hand-tied with a contrasting satin ribbon for a personal touch.
