Wholesale Facts: For wholesale enquiries, please fill out our Wholesale Form and we will contact you
promptly. Please make sure tell us a little about your business and mention the items numbers you are most
interested in learning about.
While placing a wholesale order we would require your billing and shipping address, payment information, and
your tax id (retail sales id). Payment can be made through credit cards, wire transfer and business checks.
All wholesale orders are shipped within 4-8 weeks depending upon the items and their quantity.
We do not offer free samples. You are welcome to purchase samples. When you place a bulk order for that
particular item, we will be glad to adjust the sample cost.
All our products are exquisite examples of quality and craftsmanship. Before shipping our items, we do a
thorough quality inspection. However, if you do find a damaged or defective item, contact customer service
immediately and we will send a replacement. We require you to inform us of any defects within 3-4 business
days and for that we strongly encourage you to inspect all orders as soon as you receive them. We do not
accept returns after 10 days.
